Q: How can I check the attendance of my employee?
A:
We have a web-based log-in system, we can check physically the attendance and employees cannot get in and out of the office without logging-out. You can request for these reports to be complied with our Human Resource department.

Q: How can I check what my employee has done for the day?
A:
You can ask your employee to email you a daily summary or task completion presentations in any form as soon as they complete their work day. These may include text files of daily report sheets, visual updates, or other updates that you may require.

Q: How do I communicate with my employee?
A:
You can use any of the instant message systems, Skype, MSN, Yahoo, AIM or ICQ for example. Email is of course an option and we can also set you up in our ticket system so you can assign your tasks via email.

Q: Can I get involved in the recruitment process?
A:
Yes, upon receipt of the job order and payment of the set-up fee, we provide you with qualified Bio-data or Resume of the candidates that have already been screened and passed our background check. Once you have decided on a candidate then we will send him an offer letter and start the hire process for you.

Q: Are there other staff available to monitor my employee?
A:
Yes, all employees are supervised by a Shift Manager and Production Manager. You will be given direct access to them at all times, and any problems you may have can be directly forwarded to their attention.

Q: After an employee has been working for a while; he becomes experienced and may expect a raise, how does that work out?
A:
For every 6 months that you employ an employee, your billing will increase by 3-5% per employee. This gives him a goal to look forward to and helps retention .

Q: Are you using a secure network and how does my employee connect to our office?
A:
We don’t implement an SSL network due to so many clients that we deal with wanting all different policies and practices set up for their security to their company network, the solution for this is we suggest to comply with your companies network security policies is that you simply set up a VPN (virtual private network) where your offshore employee will connect over the Internet to your VPN server and this will then give him a secure tunnel to your location where you can implement what security you so desire.

Q: What about pricing?
A:
We offer fixed per-person payment structure based on the skill sets and experience level of the individual staff member. One simple monthly fee covers the cost of recruitment, salary, management, workspace, equipment and ongoing expenses of your employee.

Q: How does the billing work for my employee?
A:
Billing begins the moment an employee has been chosen, and has begun work for you, this is a pro-rata invoice and the billing cycle is on the first day of the month.
Note: The set up fee is paid first to receive resumes.

Q: I don’t understand what the set up fee is for, can you tell me more about it?
A:
For every person you hire there is a set up fee to start the process and what happens with your fee is it gives you access to our human resource team, who will do the processing to bring you qualified employees.
